ELIGIBILITY & RULES

Must be 21 years of age or older. This competition is for tribute acts/tribute bands, not cover bands. You must pay tribute to a well-known solo artist or band. (If you are in a cover band and want to participate, you must choose one artist or band to pay tribute to.)

To qualify you must submit entry fee, audition video and entry form by submission deadline: December 15, 2007

RULES FOR FINAL COMPETITION: JANUARY 19TH, 2008

The top 3 finalists will be posted on our website on December 21st, 2007.

Finalists must agree to the rules and regulations of the venue. Each tribute act is limited to a 30 minute set.
Singer Entertainment will provide all technical support including: a sound reinforcement system, lighting system, stage crew, audio engineers and stage manager.
Singer Entertainment will provide drums, bass, and guitar amplifiers, microphones and monitors. Other backline will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Band members will bring any personal instruments such as guitars, basses, key boards as well as any effects pedals etc.
Drummers just bring sticks.
All bands must use the same backline and drums provided by Singer Entertainment.
Bands are permitted to use pre-recorded sound material. Bands are solely responsible for obtaining any required licensing permissions.
Singer Entertainment assumes no liability for copyright or other infringements.
Singer Entertainment reserves the right to record and photograph any performance for promotional purposes, with no claim for proceeds or any claim to ownership by the band.
Singer Entertainment retains ownership of all recordings and photographs produced during this event.

If you reside outside of the United States, you must have a passport in hand before December 30, 2007 otherwise; you will be disqualified and replaced by the 4th runner up.
